This villa is a beautiful relaxing place to stay, with an almost oriental look, with latticed sides to vareanda, attractive windows and romantic verdant gardens with stream running down one side. Professionally landscaped, with substantial walls around to convey a deep sense of private tranquillity. Newly refurbished with new kitchen, air-conditioning and new swimming pool.
Metal gates open to provide off road parking. From the entrance hall, is a shower room and then the open plan living and kitchen area. The kitchen has all items necessary. Upstairs, the first floor has 3 double sized bedrooms and the top floor another two. Villa sleeps up to 10 in comfort. Each floor has WC & shower room and balconies with views towards the sea.
The living room opens onto the wide veranda – the perfect place to eat or sit out, with lovely views over the garden. Steps lead down to the new swimming pool, complete with child’s safety shallow area and lawns. The perfect holiday villa.
Beach is only about 500 m down the hill. Large restaurant popular with Uk people only 70m away and all facilities near by.

Balchik and its lovely bay and mix of history and modern is only a few mies up the road. And Albena with its giant beach not far the other way. Kraveno is easy to get to too, and is the place for the youger fun loving types. Quality tourist location.

Balchik is only a few miles up main coastal road (bus services) where lots of restaurants can be found around large bay. Albens is near by in other direction, famous for its huge beach. And Kranevo - the mecca for nightlife.
Only 70m from restaurant is large, well known restaurant - very popular with Uk and other foreigners.
Small supermarket and other stores near by.
All types of sea activities can be done, as coastline has modern resorts. Countryside beautiful, with National forest parks.
